Mr. Buchanan sent out his weekly newsletter via the official eNewsletter of the conservative underground called "HumanEvents.com" along with a second article titled "Nixon and Obama - Soul Brothers?".
Buchanan isn't satisfied with disparaging the President of the United States with racial slurs, he continues his racism in his article Alienated & Radicalized, an article in which he supports the activities of the "Oath Keepers", making the statement that "America was once their country. They sense they are losing it. And they are right.". And, when you read the article, it is clear that Pat is talking about white Americans, not all Americans. He also makes it clear that "The Oath Keepers" is a white organization.
As republicans like Buchanan, who want power more than they want what is best for America, continue to radicalize the extremists on the right, the closer America comes to real armed conflict in the streets of it's cities.
After reading these articles, it becomes clear to any fair minded person that Mr. Buchanan isn't at all afraid of showing the country that he is a racist, that he supports racist causes, nor is he afraid to let us all know that these racist groups are arming themselves for a bloody conflict that they believe is inevitable.
Racists must be taken seriously if history teaches us anything. And racists with guns, backed by well know, public figures who are power players in one of America's political parties must be taken very seriously.

I don't believe anyone should follow any orders that go against our constitution. Anyone that would give orders that go against our constitution is wrong. Hello, it is the Constitution of the United States of America. I am sworn to uphold those right, as are all office holders.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if he has taken a good look at the privilege, he, as a white man, has received his entire life? This must be why he has chosen the race path to spew his self righteous indignation (besides the fact he is a racist)....I bet if it were he who were getting the prize, not a word would be uttered! Religious white man? Presidential Bi-Racial, world leader, spiritual man! What do Black men have to do to gain the dignity offered to white men? They are expected to walk on water in order to receive one fifth the dignity of white men. And they know this...they feel it every single day. I have a son who can attest to this...he is expected to be more and accept less, and feel gratitude for less. He too, is Bi-Racial and when Obama won, he cried for days, from joy and the hope of acceptance and the restoration of dignity and oneness. He realized that as a Black man (although he is bi-racial) many of his choices, were limited. But then, I'm in Oklahoma, land of the nut pack (Inhofe, Fallin, Coburn, Cole and Kern)
ReplyDeleteOf course no one should follow orders that are unconstitutional. That isn't the issue. The issue is that there is a real movement in America to unseat a sitting President. The right is redefining what "... high crimes and misdameanors ..." means for impeachment, interpreting the constitution in ways the Supreme Court doesn't (i.e. spreading misinformation like social security is unconstitutional) and setting this country up for armed conflict on bogus terms.
