What is Racism?

I recently started a group on Facebook called "Racism is Flat Out Wrong". While I had my own reasons for starting the group that I shared in my blog, one of the first members of the group asked a question I didn't expect would be asked: "What is racism? How can we discuss it if we haven't defined it?" I've been thinking about that question ever since. It's been a journey and well worth the investment of time and energy.

This video addressing an aspect of racism in America that isn't talked much about: "White Privilege". I thought it worth while to share.
